99th and 100th Original Developer Homes Close
On Friday June 19th, our sales team closed escrow on the 99th and 100th original developer homes at Ho'olei. Both 12-6 and 24-2 closed at their list price of $1,795,000 and $1,695,000 respectively. Ho'olei 63-4 (a re-sale) in the fourth row of the community, list price $2,950,000, went into escrow on Thursday June 18th. Furthermore, Ho'olei 15-6, list price $2,495,000, also went under contract on Monday June 22nd. So far in 2009, there have been 9 closings at Ho'olei, with about $18,000,000.00 in total sales volume. There are currently 11 condominiums under contract in the Wailea/Makena area, with two of homes being at Ho’olei, representing about 18% of all escrows in the greater community! In addition to Ho'olei, there are five other highly sought after condominiums in the Wailea/Makena district, at a similar price point. There have been only 4 closings at Wailea Beach Villas, Papali Wailea, Wailea Point, Polo Beach Club and Makena Surf this year, with about 13,000,000.00 in total sales volume. The activity at Ho'olei in 2009 is unparalleled relative to the other similar condominiums in South Maui: The numbers speak for themselves! Just over three weeks ago, our sales team listed the last two condos available in the first row of the community. These final two developer units will be the last homes at Ho’olei offered under the two million dollar price point. Ho’olei 24-1 and 24-6 are both available for purchase at $1,800,000.00 unfurnished, which breaks down to about $550/ square foot. The developer is offering very attractive owner financing on these last two homes: with 25% down, you can obtain an interest only loan at 4%, over 36 months. After these two sell, there will no longer be any seller financing available at Ho'olei. Don't miss out on this great opportunity, as we have already received multiple offers on 24-1 during the past 3 weeks it’s been on the market. For a complete market update, please feel free to contact our sales team anytime. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience! |
